We are a mixed Christian congregation of all ages and from four continents.

The Church is in Town Hall Square, in Leicester city centre, and we have a large 195 year old chapel with a range of rooms used for community activities of many sorts.

We are Part of Churches Together in Leicester City Centre

Regular Activities:


Children and Young People:
Children’s activities happen during the middle part of our Sunday service, and Children are welcome to choose whether to stay in the service or join the activity.

T.M.C.  Youth Group for young people in year 8 and above. Regular trips, activities, and faith events for teenagers.  For more information contact our Church office.

Little Fishes Toddler Group:12.00-2.00 each Friday in the Wakerley Room. This is open to all babies, toddlers and their parents. Please tell your friends and come along if you fit into this age bracket. (cost: £1/family)

Mid-day Prayersat 1.00pm each weekday (Mondays use Celtic Daily Prayer. Wednesdays is a 20-30min service)

OPEN CHURCH:Tuesday to Friday 11.30am-1.00pm. The church meets informally, offers hot and cold drinks, and shares all sorts of ways of living out our faith together. Also includes on Thursdays, Bible study, Bring and Buy, and Craft activities.

Friday Pop-in: Fridays 9.45–11.30am. Particularly aimed at pensioners. Pop-in for a hot drink, and a chance to pick up a bargain from the stalls.

ZA Leicester Drop-in:Run by the Zimbabwe Association, open to all interested in Zimbabwe. This is fortnightly on Friday afternoons at 2.00-5.30pm

Maitri drop-in: Mondays 10.30–4.00, Foyer open for a listening ear, run by a multi-faith group, for people of all faiths or none. 

The Bridge: Soup and sandwiches for homeless people, in our foyer: Thurs evenings and Sunday afternoons. Tel. Keith on 0116 221 8635 for more details.

 

Parking:There is metered parking (free on evenings and Sundays) along Bishop Street and surrounding streets, as well as a choice of multi-storey and surface car parks a short distance away. (Newarke Street multi-storey and Dover Street car parks are the two nearest.)
