Harrison Road Methodist Church is situated in the Belgrave area of Leicester, the smaller building in the photograph opened for public worship in July 1905. The larger church building which can seat in excess of 500, opened for public worship in October 1909. The local population is mainly of Asian origin, and there are several temples and mosques in the area.
Our own regular congregation of approximately 35 members comprises 50 percent Asian Christians. Our Church is also used each Sunday afternoon by a group of 80 mainly Punjabi Christians who have been with us for over 10 years.
Our morning service commences at 10-15am, when you will receive a warm welcome.
