Webteam: April 2019
Volunteers are required to help with the Wondering Soul exhibition at Bishop Street Methodist Church and three other churches in the City Centre between 2 May and 9 June. Joining the team of volunteers is simple and straightforward, not to mention a great way to meet new, like-minded people.
We are looking for volunteers who are friendly, approachable and happy to chat with visitors. An interest in art is useful, but not essential.
Volunteers from all backgrounds and experience are welcome.
Responsibilities during 3-4 hour shifts include: signposting visitors to other activities, keeping resources tidy, monitoring and documenting audience feedback, monitoring the artwork and logging observations.
As someone who helped host the exhibition in Norfolk recently wrote:
"There were so many exciting opportunities for mission and evangelism. We're bringing a coachload of visitors to Leicester."
