Calling All Singers!!!
I have been asked to create a Circuit Choir for the Welcome Service for Rev'd Ian Lu , which takes place at Wigston Magna Methodist Church on Sunday August 31st at 10.30am.
I really hope you will take part. This is a great opportunity to meet with, and work with, people from across the circuit
We will sing a few worship songs before the service begins, lead the congregational hymns, and sing a short anthem during the service.
There will be three rehearsals. The last one is essential; you are asked to make at least one other rehearsal. Please share transport when you can.
Rehearsal 1: Wednesday 13 August, Christchurch 7.30pm
Rehearsal 2: Wednesday 20th August Syston 7.30pm
Final Rehearsal: Friday 29th August Wigston Magna 7.30pm
If you have a music copy of 'Singing the Faith', please bring it with you to the rehearsals
